ITEM 1. BUSINESS Overview Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (the "Company", "we" or "us") is one of the world's largest out-of-home advertising companies. With more than 325,000 print and digital displays in 19 countries as part of our continuing operations at December 31, 2023, we provide customized advertising solutions via our asset portfolio of roadside billboards, urban street furniture, airport advertising displays and other displays. By leveraging the scale, reach and flexibility of our diverse portfolio of assets, we connect advertisers with millions of consumers every month. We believe we are at the forefront of driving innovation in the out-of-home advertising industry, and our dynamic advertising platform is broadening the pool of advertisers using our medium through the expansion of digital displays and the integration of data analytics and programmatic capabilities that deliver measurable campaigns that are simpler to buy.
