(b)On March 11, 2024, Kathy Bonanno, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Chubb Limited (the "Company"), informed the Company of her decision not to stand for re-election to the Board at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting ("Annual Meeting"). This decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Ms. Bonanno is currently a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. She will remain on the Board and a member of the Audit Committee until the Annual Meeting, which is scheduled to occur in May 2024.
