Sensient Technologies Corporation (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on February 8, 2024 (the "Original Form 8-K") reporting, under Item 5.02, the appointment of Tobin Tornehl as the Company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, effective as of July 1, 2024. In the Original Form 8-K, it was noted that Mr. Tornehl would receive a prorated long-term equity incentive award at the time he assumes his new position.
