Item 5.07 - Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") of the Company was held by way of virtual meeting on Thursday June 13, 2024. As of April 11, 2024, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 28,644,807 Class A common shares, and 56,813,977 Class B common shares, each par value $0.01 per share, issued and outstanding. In accordance with the bye-laws of the Company, the Class A common shares issued and outstanding were subsequently reduced to 19,520,078 on May 10, 2024 as a result of the share repurchase by the Company. The total number of issued and outstanding Class A and Class B common shares entitled to vote at the meeting was 76,334,055 of which 56,654,797 Class A and Class B common shares were present or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting. Each share of Class A common shares was entitled to one vote, and each share of Class B common shares was entitled to one vote. Only Class B common shareholders were entitled to vote for Proposal One. The final results of the votes regarding each of the proposals described in the Proxy Statement are as follows: 1.
