("Company"), alleging that the Company and three of its dealerships had violated Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act and certain provisions of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act in connection with the sale of add-on products (e.g., vehicle service contracts, maintenance plans, etc.). Also on August 16, 2024, the Company issued a press release disputing the allegations in the complaint and vowing a vigorous defense. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
