(the " Company ") issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it had repurchased 501,646 shares of its common stock in open-market purchases over the last week, at an average price of $49.81 per share, for a total cost of approximately $25 million. The shares repurchased will be retired. After taking into account these repurchases, the Company has approximately $25 million remaining available under its previously authorized $50 million share repurchase program.
