West, Group President, Utility Operations of Entergy Corporation (the "Company") and Entergy Arkansas, LLC, Entergy Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Mississippi, LLC, Entergy New Orleans, LLC and Entergy Texas, Inc. (collectively, the "Operating Company Registrants") and a member of the Board of Directors of the Operating Company Registrants, has advised the Company that he intends to retire on January 31, 2025, as part of a planned leadership transition. Effective November 1, 2024, Mr. West will transition from his role as Group President, Utility Operations of the Company and the Operating Company Registrants to a senior strategic advisory role to the Company, in which he will continue to report to the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
