On October 15, 2024, Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the board of directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of CMC common stock. The dividend will be paid on November 14, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 31, 2024.
