In connection with the name change the Sponsor plans to amend the Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust and Trust Agreement dated as of July 17, 2024, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated as of July 18, 2024, as may be further amended from time to time, to reflect the name change, also effective November 4, 2024.
