On November 6, 2024, the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC approving the listing of the Company's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock"), on the Nasdaq Capital Market effective at the opening of trading on November 11, 2024 (the "Uplisting"). The Company issued a press release on November 8, 2024 announcing the Uplisting, which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
