Consistent with the Company's guidance previously provided on October 25, 2024, the senior management team plans to reaffirm the Company’s 2024 full year adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) guidance of greater than $6.80. The senior management team also plans to reiterate that the Company expects to grow adjusted diluted EPS in 2025 and beyond. Non-GAAP Financial Presentation The Company is providing certain non-GAAP financial measures in this release as the Company believes that these figures are helpful in allowing investors to more accurately assess the ongoing nature of the Company's operations and measure the Company's performance more consistently across periods.
