Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure. On December 17, 2024, Barrett Business Services, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the establishment of a vice chairman role on its board of directors (the "Board") and the appointment of Joseph S. Clabby to the new role, effective December 13, 2024. Mr. Clabby has served as a member of the Board since 2022 and will continue to serve as a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. The Board has not provided for any additional compensation for a Director serving as Vice Chairman. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
