On December 17, 2024, the Company, through wholly-owned subsidiaries of its operating partnership, Sila Realty Operating Partnership, LP (the "Landlord"), entered into 15 amended lease agreements (the "Amended Lease Agreements"), effective December 1, 2024, with certain subsidiaries of Post Acute Medical, LLC (the "Tenant") related to 15 properties. The Amended Lease Agreements extend the term of each lease to a 20-year remaining lease term, with each maturing on November 30, 2044, and no changes to the base rental rate.
