01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement On December 20, 2024, NuScale Power, LLC, a subsidiary of NuScale Power Corporation (the " Company "), entered into Task Order No. CO-152971-TO 01 (the " Task Order ") with Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd. (" Doosan ") for the supply of long lead materials (" LLM ") for 6 upper reactor pressure vessels (" URPVs "). The Task Order was signed under Supply Agreement No. CO-152971, dated October 21, 2024, between Doosan and NuScale Power, LLC. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Task Order, Doosan will provide LLM for 6 URPVs. The foregoing description of the Task Order does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Task Order, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
