Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure On December 2, 2024, U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security ("BIS") released new interim final rules adding new companies to the U.S. Entity List and further regulating the export of certain semiconductor capital equipment products and services to China-based customers (the "2024 BIS Rules"). Based on a preliminary review of the 2024 BIS Rules, we currently estimate the associated impact to be a reduction in total annual revenue in the range of $20 million to $50 million in Fiscal Year 2025. This estimate is subject to change, as we continue to assess the impact of these new rules.
