Additionally, the Company announced an adjustment to its previous guidance for the year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing that the Company's management team is participating in the ICR Conference and the adjustment to its previous guidance is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
