Signatures 16 i EXPLANATORY NOTE This Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-K/A (this "Amendment") amends our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024 (the "Original Form 10-K"), as filed with of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on December 27, 2024, solely to include the information required by and not included in Part III of the Original Form 10-K because we do not intend to file our definitive proxy pursuant to the rules of the SEC, we are including new certifications of our principal executive officer and principal financial officer pursuant to Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 with this Amendment. Accordingly, Item 15 of Part IV has also been amended to reflect the filing of these new certifications. Because no financial statements are contained within this Amendment, we are not filing currently dated certifications pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Except as described above, no other changes have been made to the Original Form 10-K.
