FOURTH QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS · Net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2024 were RMB651.9 million (US$89.3 million), an 18.5% decrease from the corresponding period in 2023 and a 4.6% decrease sequentially, mainly due to a decrease in distribution of insurance products. Net revenues from mainland China for the fourth quarter of 2024 were RMB362.1 million (US$49.6 million), effectively flat when compared with the corresponding period in 2023. Net revenues from mainland China increased by 18.0% compared with the third quarter of 2024, mainly due to a 200.0% increase in distribution of public securities products amid stock market surges beginning from late September. Net revenues from overseas for the fourth quarter of 2024 were RMB289.8 million (US$39.7 million), a 32.0% decrease from the corresponding period in 2023 and a 23.1% decrease sequentially, primarily due to decreases of revenue from distribution of overseas insurance products.
