Margaret “Dee Dee” Myers, who has served on the Board since 2018, has decided not seek re-election at the Annual Meeting. Mr. Sanfilippo is a seasoned executive in the hospitality and gaming industry who brings more than 35 years of experience and operational expertise to the Wynn Resorts Board.
