Fleming, Chief Executive Officer of Rockefeller Capital Management, and Kathleen Murphy, former President of Personal Investing at Fidelity Investments, to stand for election as independent directors to BlackRock’s Board of Directors (“Board”) at BlackRock’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”).
