(the “Company”) delegated to management of the Company the authority to determine whether to close the Company’s cereal manufacturing facilities in Cobourg, Ontario and Sparks, Nevada (each, a “Facility” and together, the “Facilities”), and on March 26, 2025, management of the Company made the decision to close the Facilities, reflecting the Company’s need to reduce capacity in its cereal production network.
