MANAGEMENT HIGHLIGHTS • Net revenue: In the first quarter of 2025, net revenue totaled $204.9 million, reflecting a growth rate of +3.6% compared to the same period in the previous year. This increase was primarily driven by robust growth of +16.8% in our combined Cannabis business. • Gross profit: Gross profit for the first quarter of 2025 reached $56.6 million, marking a strong growth of +12.4% compared to the same period in the prior year. • Gross margin (1) : The gross margin in the first quarter of 2025 was 27.6%, setting a new record for the company.
