(“Missouri American Water”) General Rate Case On May 7, 2025, the MoPSC issued an order (the “Order”) approving without modification the stipulation and agreement (the “Stipulation”) with respect to a general rate case filed on July 1, 2024 by Missouri American Water, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Water Works Company, Inc. (the “Company”). The Stipulation was entered into on March 17, 2025, with parties including the staff of the MoPSC and the Office of the Public Counsel.
