On June 30, 2025, Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its subsidiary, Sabra Health Care Limited Partnership (the “Limited Partnership”), will redeem all $500 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.125% Senior Notes due 2026 (the “Notes”) on July 31, 2025 (the “Redemption Date”). On the Redemption Date, in accordance with the terms of the Notes, and the indenture and supplemental indentures governing the Notes (collectively, the “Indenture”), the Limited Partnership will redeem all outstanding Notes at a redemption price (the “Redemption Price”) equal to (i) 100% of their principal amount, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, if any, to (but excluding) the Redemption Date, plus (ii) the Make-Whole Amount (as such term is defined in the Notes). Effective as of the Redemption Date, interest will cease to accr
