Results of Operations and Financial Condition On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, Curtiss-Wright Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. A conference call and webcast presentation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Time for management to discuss the Company's second quarter 2025 financial performance as well as expectations for 2025 financial performance. Lynn M. Bamford, Chair and Chief Executive Officer, and K. Christopher Farkas, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the call. A copy of the press release and the webcast slide presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2.
