Other Events On August 19, 2025, TrustCo Bank Corp NY ("TrustCo") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 per share on an annualized basis. The declared dividend represents an increase of 5.6% over the prior dividend amount. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2025.
