(NYSE: ATHM; HKEX: 2518) (“Autohome” or the “Company”), the leading online destination for automobile consumers in China, today announced that the Company has been informed by Yun Chen Capital Cayman (“Yun Chen”) and CARTECH HOLDING COMPANY (“CARTECH”), a subsidiary of Haier Group Corporation (“Haier Group”), that the share transfer (the “Share Transfer”) under the share sale and purchase agreement (the “Share Sale and Purchase Agreement”) dated February 20, 2025 between Yun Chen and CARTECH, as previously disclosed on February 20, 2025, was completed on August 27, 2025.
