On August 28, 2025, the Board of Trustees of KKR FS Income Trust Select (the "Company") declared a monthly dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's common shares of beneficial interest, which will be paid on or about September 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 29, 2025.
