Benton resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of Golub Capital Private Credit Fund (the "Company"). Mr. Benton's resignation was not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company or its Board of Directors. Following Mr. Benton's departure, his responsibilities within the Company have been assumed by Timothy J. Topicz, an officer of the Company since March 2023.
