("Silver Star" or the "Company") issued a News Release addressed to its shareholders regarding recent developments in ongoing litigation involving Mr. Allen Hartman. The News Release discusses Mr. Hartman's no show for a court-ordered deposition, and provides context concerning his prior conduct in related proceedings. Please refer to the full News Release presented below and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 for further details and where to access case information. Exhibit Index Exhibit Number Exhibit Description 99.1 News Release - Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. dated September 5, 2025 2 September 5, 2025 Hartman Is a Deposition No Show Standing Up the Court and Shareholders Dear Silver Star Shareholders Hartman's disrespect for the law and shareholders continues. The Facts Hartman was compelled by court order to participate in a deposition regarding Silver Start on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Hartman did not show up as ordered by the judge. This isn't the first time Hartman has disregarded the court. He has a long history of dodging giving testimony in the lawsuits he has had with Silver Star. Defying Court Orders, Hartman Skips Out on Deposition and Snubs Shareholders We can speculate on why Hartman wasted time for the judge, the court, and our board members as well as thumbing his nose at shareholders. Hartman is hiding the truth of his self-dealing and manipulation from the court and the shareholders, just like he did from the board. Hartman does not want to testify before the annual shareholder meeting in an attempt to seize control of the company and get rid of the lawsuit. Hartman defied the court's order to answer written discovery and Baltimore, Maryland Judge Vittoria stated in the Memorandum Opinion , "The Court found Plaintiff to have general credibility issues stemming from instances in which Plaintiff had been shown to be dishonest. Hartman is trying to do the same thing in Harris County. See " Memorandum Opinion" path httpswww.courts.state.md.ussitesdefaultfilesimportbusinesstechopinions2025mdbt2-25.pdf Silver Star intends to strike his defensive pleading and will seek judgment against him and his related entities. Hartman has shareholder money, and this board intends to make him return it to his rightful owners – shareholders. This disregard of shareholders should help guide your vote.
