On September 5, 2025, member director Edward F. Manzi, Jr. informed the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston (the "Bank") that he retired from his positions as chairman and chief executive officer of Fidelity Co-Operative Bank, located in Massachusetts, as of September 2, 2025. As a result of this retirement, Mr. Manzi is no longer eligible to serve as a member director representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts effective immediately. Mr. Manzi served on the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Finance Committee, and Risk Committee of the Bank's board of directors. Pursuant to Federal Housing Finance Authority regulations, the Bank's board of directors will elect, by majority vote of the remaining Bank directors, an eligible candidate to fill Mr. Manzi's remaining term as member director for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which will expire on December 31, 2027.
