("Hawaiian Electric"), announced the pricing of Hawaiian Electric's $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000% Senior Notes due 2033 (the "Notes"). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
