Item 8.01 Other Events. On September 11, 2025, the Company announced that Greg Schlicht was named Executive Vice President and President of Novelis North America, effective immediately. Mr. Schlicht joined Novelis in 2009 as a member of the legal department and, since then, he has occupied various leadership positions at the Company, most recently being the Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Commercial for Novelis North America, where he led all aspects of sales for the region.
