On September 14, 2025, Fletcher Previn, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board, effective immediately, due to other commitments. Mr. Previn's decision to resign was not due to any disagreement between Mr. Previn and the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company. The Company wishes him continued success in the future. In connection with Mr. Previn's resignation, the Board approved a reduction in the size of the Board from nine members to eight members.
