A: The Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund (the " Meeting ") originally called for August 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and previously adjourned to September 12, 2025, has been further adjourned to November 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time in order to solicit additional shareholder proxies.
