Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On September 15, 2025 , Michael C. Geraghty, President, Color Group of Sensient Technologies Corporation (the "Company"), notified the Company that he intends to retire from his position effective March 31, 2026. Following his retirement, Mr. Geraghty will be appointed as a member of the Company's Scientific Advisory Committee and serve as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. Steven B. Morris, the Company's current President, Flavors & Extracts Group, will succeed Mr. Geraghty upon Mr. Geraghty's retirement. Mr. Morris joined the Company in June 2007, and has previously served as Sales Director (2007-2012) and General Manager (2012-2017) of Food Colors US, during which time his oversight progressively expanded from the United States to North America and ultimately all of the Americas. Mr. Morris next served as the General Manager, Sweet & Beverage Flavors North America in the Flavors & Extracts Group (2017- 2023). Mr. Morris became President, Flavors & Extracts Group in January 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Morris held various commercial leadership roles at DuPont (Solae) and operations management roles at Unilever. Gregory T. Till will succeed Mr. Morris as the Company's President, Flavors & Extracts Group, effective January 1, 2026 (pending work authorization). Mr. Till is currently the General Manager, Food Colors Europe. He joined the Company in 2019 as the General Manager, Sensient South Africa, and served there until his promotion to his current position in May 2023. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Till was Managing Director of Kerry Sub-Saharan Africa and Senior Vice President of Rheinmetall Denel.
