The Meeting will be held later the same day, at 1:00 PM ET via live audio webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/WEED2025. The deadline is being extended to allow holders (“Shareholders”) of Canopy Growth common shares (the “Shares”) more time to vote and to ensure a quorum is present at the Meeting.
