(the "Company") issued a press release announcing the execution of a collaboration agreement between the International Finance Corporation ("IFC"), a member of the World Bank Group, and McEwen Copper, Inc. ("MCI"), an equity investee of the Company, to support aligning MCI's Los Azules copper project with IFC's environmental, social, and governance standards for potential future debt and equity financing.
