Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On November 5, 2025, Sinclair, Inc. (the "Company") announced via press release the Company's financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The financial results of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinclair Broadcast Group, LLC ("SBG"), are reflected within the Company's financial results.
