(the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025 (the "Press Release). The Company has also prepared an investor presentation (the "Presentation Materials") that can be accessed through the News & Events/Presentations section of the Company website ( www.kingstonecompanies.com ). The Press Release also announced that the Company will hold a conference call for analysts and investors on November 7, 2025 at 8:30 A.M. ET (the "Conference Call"), as previously announced on October 16, 2025. Copies of the Press Release and the Presentation Materials are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, hereto.
