On November 6, 2025, the Corporation announced that Zackery Hicks, the Corporation’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, will depart the Corporation effective March 31, 2026 to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Hicks will receive certain compensation and benefits consistent with the Corporation’s Severance Pay Plan.
