"The Company is making significant progress in its turnaround to drive growth and value creation for shareholders. GVIC's position that we haven't engaged constructively is inconsistent with the fact that its letter was issued the day after a subset of our board, consisting of all three of our committee chairs, offered to meet in person with GVIC.
