Underwriting Agreement On November 4, 2025, Guardant Health, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an underwriting agreement (the “Underwriting Agreement”) with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Jefferies LLC, as representatives of the several underwriters named therein (collectively, the “Underwriters”), relating to the public offering of 3,833,332 shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s c
