Item 8.01 Other Events. On November 10, 2025, notice was provided to investors that National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation ("CFC") will redeem the remaining $250 million of its 4.75% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due April 30, 2043 (the "Notes") on December 11, 2025. The Notes are identified by CUSIP number 637432MT9. The Notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest. The redemption is being effected to reduce interest expense. The principal and accrued interest at the redemption date will be paid with cash on hand. Certain comments made in this Form 8-K are forward-looking.
