Use of Proceeds The net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, were used to redeem all of our outstanding 3.375% Senior Notes due 2026 (the "2026 Senior Notes") and pay related fees and expenses. On November 5, 2025, the Company issued a conditional notice of full redemption to holders of the 2026 Senior Notes for the redemption of $600.0 million aggregate principal amount of the 2026 Senior Notes at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the 2026 Senior Notes being redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to (but not including) the redemption date. The Company consummated the redemption of the 2026 Senior Notes on the same day that the Company issued the Notes.
