(“AMC”) regarding certain rules and procedures for those planning to attend in person the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on December 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time at the AMC Theatre Support Center, located at One AMC Way, 11500 Ash Street, Leawood, Kansas 66211 (the “Annual Meeting”). As stated in the definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on October 24, 2025 (the “Proxy Statement”), a listen-only webcast of the Annual Meeting will be available. The webcast will be accessible through the Investor Relations section of the AMC website at www.investor.amctheatres.com. Stockholders and interested parties should go to the website at least 15 minutes before the Annual Meeting time to register and/or download any necessary audio software.
