Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. Atlassian Corporation (the "Company") held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on December 2, 2025 (the "Meeting"). The proposals considered at the Meeting are described in the Company's 2025 Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 15, 2025 (the "Proxy Statement"). Each stockholder present in person, or by proxy, was entitled to one vote for every share of Class A Common Stock held and ten votes for every share of Class B Common Stock held.
