Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On December 4, 2025, SentinelOne, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 ended October 31, 2025, by issuing an earnings presentation and a press release. The Company also announced that it would hold a webcast to discuss its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 ended October 31, 2025.
