CVB Financial Corp., the parent company of Citizens Business Bank ("CBB"), today reports that the federal Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has approved CBB's application to convert from a California-chartered bank to a national banking association. CBB's conversion to a national banking association will be effective on December 15, 2025, at which time CBB's legal name will change to "Citizens Business Bank, National Association."
