01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement On December 18, 2025, CCS IX Portfolio Holdings, LLC (the " Company "), as seller, entered into an Amended and Restated Repurchase Facility Terms & Conditions (the " Amendment ") with Goldman Sachs Bank USA (the " Repo Counterparty "), as buyer. The Amendment provides for, among other things, (a) an increase in the facility commitment cap from US$500 million to US$750 million, (b) an increase in the facility commitment fee from 0.10% to 0.13% multiplied by the facility commitment cap and (c) an extension of the maturity date from March 19, 2026 to January 19, 2027.
